TERMS & CONDITIONS
These property policies are
firm, and will require your active acceptance when you book one of our
properties. Please
read carefully, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Minimum Stay: 3-5 nights Sometimes negotiable; check for
availability.
Check-In Time (PST) 4pm Contact us prior to arrival; early
check-in may be possible!
Check-Out Time (PST) 11am Contact us; late check-out may be
possible!
Cancellation: Deposit payments are non-refundable. We will refund your
money if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate &
based on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to
a 10% cancellation fee.
Smoking: Absolutely no
smoking in our properties. Thank you. (Ashtray
provided outside on the balcony)
Pets: Please
inquire. Some properties may accept pets.
Housekeeping: Complimentary On departure.
Maintenance Emergencies: 24 hours. Complete emergency contacts provided
for booked guests
Terms of Eviction: By 24 hr. Security Company. Will be evicted for
excessive noise, common and
private property damage, disturbing the peace. Also subject to a maximum $300
CAD fine in addition to eviction.
Courtesy Hold Reservations: Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with
payment.
Delayed Arrivals: We cannot be held responsible for circumstances
beyond our control which result in delayed arrivals.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity: 4 people overnight. Strictly enforced. Parties
of more than 4 people will be evicted, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Long Term Stays :Long-term tenancies may be available, please inquire.
Late Reservation Payments: Failure to pay by due dates will result in
automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if
they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Property Damage: Guest will pay for all damage incurred while staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.
By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for missing property
and all damages you incur. We recognize that accidents happen, and ask that you
pay us the courtesy of letting us know if there was damage during your stay.
Liability: We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in
our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Reservation Changes:
If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy, you
may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to
shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the
original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then
your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then
it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
